Solar Savvy Workshops in Aurora
City of Aurora rebates are still available. The city is rebating solar permit fees for those properties that first receive a blower door energy audit from Xcel Energy. The cost of the energy audit will also be rebated. The city also offers a rebate for the installation of a solar water heating system. The incentives are funded with energy stimulus funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Gather and bring your past 12 months of energy bills. Experts will be available to discuss a solar installation with you that meets your needs.
