Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC)
The Colorado PUC is the regulatory body which oversees renewable energy standards and compliance plans as approved by the Colorado voters and the State Legislature. When a utility or interested party files with the PUC a docket number is then created.
Calendars, Agendas, Webcasting and Comments The PUC meets weekly to hear and discuss issues relative to the regulation of public utilities in Colorado. The Commissioners, administrative law judges and staff may also hold other meetings and hearings throughout the year. The meetings are open to the public. The PUC also offers webcasting (video and/or audio broadcast feeds) of its proceedings through the Internet. Webcasting is the real time or near real time transmission or streaming of audio and audiovisual works in digital format over the Internet.
