Neal Lurie, Executive Director

Neal leads the solar industry's efforts to expand solar markets and oversees all aspects of the organization to help advance solar policy, remove market barriers, highlight emerging trends and promote education. Prior to COSEIA Neal served as a national director for the nonprofit American Solar Energy Society and managed global communications at a Fortune 500 organization. He’s a veteran of more than a dozen successful political campaigns at federal, state and local levels. Neal has an MBA from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and a BS in management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Contact Neal > 

RJ Harrington, Policy Director

RJ was raised on dairy farm in Central Pennsylvania and moved to the Western Slope of Colorado. There he was introduced to Solar as an electrical generation technology for off-grid applications. He realized the true power of the sun and how it energized every aspect of his life. RJ has worked to advance the adoption of solar thermal and electric technologies in a variety of applications. He managed a solar integration company and enjoys a 9.75 kW pv system at his home. As Policy Director COSEIA he works to promote the advantages of solar to the consumers of Colorado and beyond.
